Rosh Hamidrasha
Rabbi Aviya Rozen
Rabbi Aviya Rozen is a graduate of Yeshivat Hesder Birkat Moshe, Maale Adumim, where he received his Smicha. He is currently studying for his doctorate in Jewish Philosophy at Bar Ilan University. Among Rabbi Rozen's former roles he was head of Midreshet Ofra, Rabbi Teacher in Junior High School Chispin, and in the Pre Military religious school "Keshet Yehuda".
For the 7 years prior to Ein Hanatziv he was the founding director of the Pre-military Educational Program at Kibbutz Meitzar during this period he also spent two years as Rosh Kollel of Yeshivat "Or Hamizrachi", in Melbourne, Australia

Rachel Keren
Rachel Keren holds an MA in Jewish History and in Jewish Philosophy from the Hebrew University. She is also a graduate of the Mandel Institute for Educational Leadership. Born in Jerusalem, daughter of the late Prof. Efraim and Hanna Urbach, Rachel has lived and taught at Ein Hanatziv for over 20 years. She is also the Chair of Kolech - Religious Womens' Forum.
Rabbi Asi Blank
Rav Asi Blank Is a graduate of Yeshivat Har Etzion. He received Smicha from Israel's Chief Rabbinate and qualified in Shaanan Teachers Training College. He has a BA in Business studies and an MA in Business Management from Haifa University. He lives with his family on Kibbutz Ein Hanatziv
Rabbi Shimon Pizem
Rav Shimon Pizem is a graduate of the High Kollel at Yeshivat Har Etzion where he studied for 14 years. He received his Smicha from Israel's Chief Rabbinate. He is married to Carmit and lives on Ein Hanatziv.
Carmit Pizem
Carmit Pizem studied Tanach and Gemarah for over 10 years and is a graduate of the Institute of Advanced Talmudic Studies at Matan - Women's Institute for Torah Studies. She also holds an MA in Talmud from Tel Aviv University.
Semadar Ben David
Semadar Ben David holds a BA in Psychology and Hebrew Literature from
the Hebrew University is a graduate of the Womens' Beit Midrash at Beit Morasha and of the Institute of Advanced Talmudic Studies at Matan - Women's Institute for Torah Studies. Semadar lives with her husband and two children on Kibbutz Ein Hanatziv and is currently studying for her MA in Clinical Psychology at Haifa University.
Rabbi Yitzchak Ben David
Rav Yitzchak Ben David, Graduate of Yeshivat Har Etzion, is currently studying for his MA in Talmud and Jewish Philosophy at The Hebrew University. Rav Yitzchak also teaches at Yeshivat Maale Gilboa. He is married to Semadar and lives on Kibbutz Ein Hanatziv.

Doron Danino
Doron Danino is currently completing his PhD in Jewish History at Bar Ilan University. He lives with Hila and their 4 children on Kibbutz Sde Eliyahu.
Rabbi Dr. Yossi Slotnik
Rav Yossi Slotnik is a graduate of Yeshivat Har Etzion. He received Smicha from the Israeli Chief Rabbinate. He has a B.A. in Computer Science, M.A. in History and he recently completed his PhD in Talmud. He was a Ra"m at Yeshivat Neve Shmuel and was the Rosh Yeshiva of Capetown.
Rabbi Dr. Michael Ben Admon
Rav Michael Ben Admon holds a PhD in Jewish Philosophy and is a graduate of Yeshivat Merkaz Harav and of the Institute for Advanced Torah Studies at Bar Ilan University. He teaches philosophy at the Midrasha and at a number of other schools. A rabbi of a community in France for a number of years, he also served as a shaliach in Belgium. He is a member of Kibbutz Sde Eliyahu where he resides with his family.
Rabbi Yehuda Tropper
Rav Yehuda Tropper is a graduate of Yeshivat Har Etzion. He holds a BA in Jewish Studies and in Education from the Hertzog Institute and an MA in Jewish Studies focusing mainly on Bible Studies from Siegal College. He received Smicha from Israel's Chief Rabbinate. In addition to teaching at the Midrasha he is the Rabbi of Shaked School and teaches Tanach at Shadmot Mechola.
Dr. Hezi Cohen
Dr. Hezi Cohen , is a graduate of Yeshivat Hakibbutz Hadati at Kibbutz Ein Tsurim and holds a PhD in Bible Studies from Bar Ilan University. In addition to the Midrasha he teaches at Yeshivat Maale Gilboa and at Bar Ilan University.
Neta Lederberg
Neta Lederberg holds a BA in Eretz Yisrael Studies and in Philosophy from Bar Ilan University. She lives with her family on Kibbutz Maale Gilboa.
Rabbi Michael Setbon
Rav Michael Setbon is a graduate of Yeshivat Har Etzion. He received his Smicha from Israel's Chief Rabbinate and holds an MA in Talmud from Bar Ilan University. He is also a rabbi at Midreshet Amalia in Jerusalem and at the Ulpana for Arts. He lives with his family on Kibbutz Shluchot.
Uzi Paz
Uzi Paz holds a BA in Talmud and an MA in Bible Studies from Bar Ilan University. He is the former principal of the Joint Kibbutz School. He lives on Kibbutz Ein Hanatziv and has been teaching Tanach at the Midrasha since it was first established over 20 years ago.
Esther Fischer
Esther Fischer graduated with the first students of Midreshet Ein Hanatziv when it was first established. She holds a BA in Machshevet Yisrael and an MA in Talmud from the Hebrew University. Esther is also a graduate of Kerem Institute for teacher's training and is currently studying at Matan. She has been teaching at the Midrasha for over 10 years and lives with her family in Meirav.

Elana Diner
Resource Development Coordinator, was born in the US and made Aliyah 14 years ago. She holds a BA in Educational Management and a MA in Law, both from Bar Ilan University. Elana lives in Shadmot Mechola with her family.

Housemother of many years at the Midrasha, member of Kibbutz Ein Hanatzv.
Shlomit Gur
Secretary of the Midrasha, Shlomit lives with her family in Hemdat, she has a MA in Jewish Studies.
